Paul’s varying experience he has brought to the company gives Central Plumbing a diverse practical knowledge base to draw from. If required we can offer a project management service for your entire project — overseeing and co-ordinating the sub trades so that the job is streamlined in a way that each contractor works in a sequence of events.

Other side services we can provide include; Insulation Inspection — our appraisal will confirm if your job has been carried out to a high level and fully completed to a satisfactory standard. Design — we will work with you to discuss the most practical use of space, balanced with aesthetics and economics. We have practical knowledge that can be shared with regard to flooring, painting, tiling and electrical etc.

Looking ahead to the future is very important at Central Plumbing with the ability to factor in future proofing ideas with design. We understand that an important aspect of renovation or a new design, involves catering for humans needs and modern day living. Whilst it is not always possible to complete all aspects of your grand vision in one go due to your time or budget constraints, we can offer Future Proofing ideas and solutions by looking ahead with your vision in mind so that the next phase of your project can follow on seamlessly at a later date.

We are also able to offer property management services with regard to plumbing related issues, as well as be your eyes for building, electrical, interior and exterior maintenance while you are on holiday or living away from your property.
